Dart Oil & Gas Corporation, founded in 1976, engages in the exploration, exploitation, acquisition, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas.

Dart Oil & Gas currently operates more than 1200 wells (including four waterflood crude oil recovery units) which are located in mostly Michigan and Kansas, as well as two gas processing plants in Michigan. Dart Oil & Gas has also drilled over 800 wells in Michigan, Texas, the Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast, Appalachian, and Rocky Mountain regions.

Dart Oil & Gas is the manager and operator of the Dart Cherokee Basin Operating Company, LLC (DCBO) and Cherokee Basin Pipeline, LLC (CBPL).
